Cloud-Based Telephony Data Collection

There is an opportunity to generate and understand a more accurate picture of telephony demand on general practice through the new cloud-based telephony data set. General practices have been sent an invitation via the Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS). Practices should accept this invitation by 1 October, in accordance with the GP contract regulations and data provision notice. To claim the CAIP domain ‘Better Digital Telephony’, all PCN member practices must accept the invitation on CQRS, and regularly be using the data to support capacity/demand service planning and quality improvement.
