BHR: CTT Clinician phone number is changing

From Monday 16 September the CTT clinicians referral number will change. There number for patient to use has not changed.
Clinician referral (bypass) number: 0300 300 1662
Patient self referral number: 0300 300 1660
The new number is a recorded landline that will allow better call tracking. CTT will answer both the new and old telephone numbers for 1x week and from Monday 23 September there will be a voice mail message on the previous mobile number asking callers to use the new number.
There are no changes to referral protocols, so please continue to refer as the practice would have previously.
