Autumn/Winter 2026 Vaccination Programme – GP Sign-Up- Deadline 9th July 2026

Dear Colleagues,

We are writing to provide guidance on sign-up for the Autumn/Winter 2026 (AW26) COVID-19 and Flu  vaccination programme.

If your practice participated in the Spring 2026 vaccination programme, you do not need to take any further action at this stage.

If your practice did not participate in the Spring programme but would like to deliver the AW26 programme, please complete the following steps no later than the 9^th July 2026:

• Complete the systems access and requirements form to opt into the 2026/27 enhanced service for both COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
  • General Practice Seasonal Vaccination Programme 2026-27 registration and data capture form
• Accept the offer via Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS) when this is issued to your practice
