#Askaboutasthma 2026

Posted on:

Dear colleagues,

The 2026 Babies Children and Young People #AskAboutAsthma campaign is now underway and the campaign pages are live.

As 2026 marks ten years of our #AskAboutAsthma campaign, we’re celebrating with a special anniversary theme: Ten Years of Asking About Asthma. We are inviting organisations across London and beyond to get involved in all three phases of the campaign.

Phase 1: Back to Basics

Phase 1 launched last week and focuses on supporting health services, schools and other settings to improve asthma care through the four campaign asks.

We are encouraging organisations to set a local goal that will make a positive difference to asthma care. Examples and a template are available to help you develop and share your plans. We look forward to hearing about the actions you will be taking.

Phase 2: Campaign Week

Registration is now open for this year’s conference and webinars. Please support the campaign and promote these events within your networks and sign up to attend.

On Thursday 10 September, we will be holding a face-to-face event for London services. The event will provide an opportunity for each network to share their experiences developing neighbourhood health for children and young people with asthma and, to contribute to shaping a future model for London.

Phase 3: Looking Ahead to the Next 10 Years

Plan your pledges and get the children and young people in your services involved by providing their ideas and drawings to co-create a vision for 2036.

Resources and campaign information will continue to be added to the campaign pages, so please keep checking for updates.

Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to working with you throughout this year’s campaign.
