AJM Wheelchair Services – update

Following the recent procurement of AJM Healthcare to provide wheelchair services across Tower Hamlets, Barking, Havering, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest there has been a short delay in the transfer of patient data. It was anticipated that this would be provided during the mobilisation of the wheelchair service for Tower Hamlets, however due to unforeseen issues outside of our control AJM Healthcare are working offline for a brief period while we work closely with all relevant parties to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  

If you or your teams make contact with the service, please be patient if they ask for more information and/or for data you may have already shared. Similarly, if you are aware of any urgent need that is outstanding, please raise this with the team at AJM directly by calling 0808 169 1040.  Non-urgent enquires should be sent to northeastlondon@ajmhealthcare.org
