North East London have an Evidence Based Interventions (EBI) Policy that was formally known as the Procedures of Limited Clinical Value (POLCV).
These are for procedures that are not routinely funded (Individual Funding Requests (IFR)) or funded only when specific criteria are met.
This policy applies to Barking & Dagenham, City & Hackney, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest Clinical Commissioning Group Boroughs (North East London CCG (NEL).
