Reporting incidents involving controlled drugs

All incidents involving controlled drugs should be reported to the Accountable Officer. Controlled Drugs require strict management to prevent misuse and ensure patient safety. Healthcare professionals should report incidents involving controlled drugs, such as errors, loss, or theft.
