Access to Computer device & free Wi-Fi
Your local libraries offer free access to computers, free Wi-Fi and classes to help you with digital skills. You will need to join the library before accessing these services, but it’s free and easy to do. You can join in person or by contacting your local library.

Digital Skills
Age UK Waltham Forrest offer one-to-one lessons which can take place in the comfort of your own home or you can choose to have lessons at their offices if you prefer. These sessions are particularly useful if you prefer to learn in a one-to-one setting, have lots of questions or need help to increase your confidence with technology.

Free Data Sim
- If you are over 60 and in receipt of means tested benefit Age UK can also offer you a free SIM card which will enable you to access the internet from your mobile device.

Digital Support at Home
- AbilityNet’s friendly technology volunteers provide free IT (information technology) support to older people and disabled people of any age, anywhere in the UK. AbilityNet volunteers are disclosure checked and can visit your home to help with all sorts of IT challenges.
