Access to Computer Device and Wi-Fi
Tower Hamlets residents can access computers and free Wi-Fi at their local library or Idea Store. Membership is required, but is free to apply for. They also offer free classes and workshops to help you with your digital skills. Email the idea stores on ideastore@towerhamlets.gov.uk or contact the libraries for more information

If you are aged 50+ Age UK East London can offer you one to one support with a vetted volunteer who can help you with digital skills on your own device or can lend you a device. Digital Support at Home
AbilityNet’s friendly technology volunteers provide free IT (information technology) support to older people and disabled people of any age, anywhere in the UK. AbilityNet volunteers are disclosure checked and can visit your home to help with all sorts of IT challenges.
