The NHS App provides a simple and secure way for people to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone or tablet.
These services both benefit the patient and the practice. Encouraging more patients to use the NHS App can save practices valuable time e.g. by streamlining requests for repeat prescriptions or by reducing phone calls related to accessing test results.
A range of materials are available to help PCNs and GP Practices to promote and increase uptake of the NHS App.
