The person in crisis or someone concerned about a person in crisis can call including a professional.
Will triage for a face to face assessment
• The all ages crisis line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Calls to the Crisis Line between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday are diverted to the crisis staff based at CAMHS or the Coburn depending on capacity.
• Night calls are dealt with by adult-trained mental health staff and handed over to the CAMHS crisis team for follow up in the morning
– The Crisis Hub has ended and has been replaced by the Crisis Response Team.
Access is via the Crisis Line and if needed a F2F appointment is made within 4 hours of referral. This is a possible alternative to attending A+E.
