Benedict’s Law requires schools to have a dedicated Allergy Safety Policy. We have created an easy-to-use policy template to help your school meet this requirement. Simply add your school logo, review the content to ensure it reflects your local arrangements, and have it approved by your Headteacher and Governing Body. The policy should be reviewed at least every three years, or sooner if there are significant changes to legislation or school procedures.
