Spring 2026 COVID-19 Vaccination Sign-up for New and Existing Sites
The Spring COVID-19 vaccination programme will run from 13 April 2026 and end on 30 June 2026.
1. Complete this systems access and requirements form to opt into the 2026/27 enhanced service to offer both COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.
2. Accept the offer sent to each practice from Calculating Quality Reporting Service(CQRS)
Deadline (for form completion and offer acceptance) 02 February 2026
