Supply issues with Phenobarbital 15mg tablets Accord, Carbamazepine 100mg and 200mg tablets, and Cefalexin 125mg/5ml and 250mg/5ml oral suspension
Please find attached:
- A Tier 2 Medicine Supply Notification (MSN) for: Phenobarbital 15mg tablets (Accord)
- A Tier 2 Medicine Supply Notification (MSN) for: Carbamazepine 100mg and 200mg tablets
- A Tier 2 Medicine Supply Notification (MSN) for: Cefalexin 125mg/5ml and 250mg/5ml oral suspension
