Celebrating twice outstanding care at Jubilee Street Practice, Tower Hamlets.
Huge congratulations to Jubilee Street Practice on retaining an Outstanding rating following their recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection which places them in a very small number of practices nationally to sustain this achievement, following their first Outstanding rating in 2016.
Serving communities in Shadwell, Limehouse and Stepney Green, the practice was recognised for being responsive, effective and well-led, with inspectors highlighting a strong culture of continuous improvement, community partnership and patient involvement in care and treatment decisions.
The CQC also praised the practice’s innovative wellbeing hub, which includes a nurse‑led riverside walking group and multiple gender specific fitness sessions, its transition from a partnership to a director-led company, the way good practice is shared across neighbourhoods through Primary Care Networks, and through their work to support scale of QI across NEL primary care.
Virginia Patania, Chief Executive Officer, said:
“We are incredibly proud of this result and deeply grateful to our staff, patients and partners whose support makes this work possible. We are humbled by this achievement. This recognition reflects the unwavering commitment, compassion and professionalism demonstrated every day by our entire team. The rating is both a recognition, and a responsibly – we are here for it.”
This achievement is a testament to sustained teamwork, leadership and a clear commitment to delivering the very best care for local communities in Tower Hamlets. Congratulations to everyone involved. 🩵
