It’s Speak Up week 2025!
This week, we are raising the profile on speaking up and the importance of following up to create a positive impact on organisational culture.
Actively following up after someone has spoken up can help to build trust, drive change and create a psychologically safe workplace.
If you have an idea, concern, improvement or issue you would like to speak up about you can go to your line manager, HR, a union representative or a Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) Guardian. NHS North East London ICB has commissioned The Guardian Service Ltd to provide FTSU services for anyone employed or engaged in general practice and primary care networks.
The Guardian Service Ltd is independent from the ICB and provides a confidential and non-judgemental space 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. To contact a Guardian call 0333 733 6551 or email contact@theguardianservice.co.uk.
