GP contract changes 2025/26

NHS England has now published further details of the changes to the GP contract for 2025/26.
Information now available includes:
- Network contract DES specification and guidance
- QOF changes
- Weight management enhanced service specification
- General Practice Requests for Advice & Guidance enhanced cervice specification
At present, detail of other changes and financial information has not been published.
