London Kidney Network Sharing & Engagement Event

We invite you to join us in-person for an afternoon to engage, learn, network and share.  

We will be sharing the work and key achievements of the LKN so that you can:

1. Understand the work of the LKN workstreams and their progress to date
2. Take back/apply the learning in your own workplaces, units or systems
3. Find opportunities to get involved and collaborate

You will hear from kidney experts and leaders in CKD prevention, supportive care, health equity, community outreach, transplant, home therapies, data, cardiorenal metabolic collaborations and many more.  An agenda will be sent closer to the time. 

This event is aimed at anyone working in kidney care, in any setting, e.g. in primary or secondary care.  Please forward this invite to your colleagues and team members.
