Launch of the new NHS Pharmacy First advanced service

The new NHS Pharmacy First advanced service will launch this Wednesday 31 January, enabling community pharmacists to complete episodes of care for patients without the need for the patient to visit their general practice.
NHS England’s letter about the launch of the new NHS Pharmacy First advanced service confirms the 7 conditions included in Pharmacy First, and provides service access arrangements and clinical pathway information.
The letter provides additional information for ICBs, general practice and community pharmacy contractors.
