Find out how Newham Primary Care Networks have been addressing Health Inequalities.

GP Federation, Newham Health Collaborative (NHC), produced 10 posters to highlight the breath of work delivered by Newham Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to reduce health inequalities in the borough. The posters highlight the methods used, key outcomes as well as next steps that will be taken across the 9 Newham PCNs. A poster was also created highlighting the progress made across all Newham PCNs in implementing the Fuller Stocktake recommendations. 

The posters were presented by NHC and PCN staff members at the Centre for Health and Care Equity Event on 29 November at the Old Stratford Town Hall. The event provided the chance to identify possible areas of joint research with local universities, as well as being a great networking opportunity with follow up meetings taking place with UCL and Public Health to further develop Newham PCN Health Inequalities Plans.
