In January this year the Transforming Cancer Services Team for London (TCST) published the revised pan-London Urgent Suspected Cancer (USC) referral forms. The changes reflect feedback from primary and secondary care colleagues on how to better capture important clinical information that supports the urgent referral and investigation process.
