Since the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme service launched on 28 June 2023, 254 referrals have been made to the programme and currently 66 practices are referring across NEL. Thanks to your efforts so far currently NEL has referred the greatest number of eligible patients to the T2DR Programme across all of Oviva’s sites.
