Support for Cervical Screening and HPV Awareness Event – Abbey Road Medical Practice
I am helping to organise a Cervical Screening and HPV Awareness Event at our GP practice in London on 24 September 2026.
The aim of the event is to improve awareness of cervical screening, HPV and cervical cancer prevention, address common concerns and misconceptions, and encourage eligible patients who may be overdue or hesitant to attend screening.
We would be very grateful to explore whether your organisation may be able to support the event in any way. This could include providing a guest speaker, information stand, educational resources, patient leaflets, promotional materials or community engagement support.
The event will run between 11am and 5pm, and we would be happy to arrange any speaker session or activity at a suitable time within this period.
We would really value your involvement and any support or guidance you may be able to offer.
