When referring patients, please ensure any additional support requirements are included at the point of referral or booking. This includes:

• patient transport requirements
• wheelchair users
• hoist requirements
• language interpreters
• British Sign Language (BSL) support
•  

Having this information in advance helps us schedule appointments appropriately, meet patients’ individual needs, and avoid delays or last-minute rescheduling of care.
