Invitation: Help understanding MSK referral services (60-min research session)
We’re part of the NHS Website team and are conducting research to better understand how community-based musculoskeletal (MSK) services are delivered, including how referral processes currently work.
In these sessions, we’d like to explore:
- How referrals to community MSK services are managed
- How primary care interacts with cMSK service delivery
- What systems and tools are currently in use
- What’s working well, as well as key challenges and opportunities for improvement
We’re looking to speak with a range of roles, including:
- Reception staff
- Practice managers
- IT leads
- Clinicians
- Others involved in MSK referral or service processes
What’s involved?
We’re running 8 online sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.
These will be informal, semi-structured interviews where participants can share their experiences of current ways of working.
The purpose of this research is to build a clearer understanding of how services are currently delivered and accessed.
