London’s First Learning Network for Care Home GPs

The Health Innovation Network South London (HIN), in partnership with the London Ambulance Service (LAS) Care Home Team, is launching London’s first Learning Network for GPs working in care homes.

The network brings together GPs from across all London Integrated Care Systems to share challenges, learn from best practice, and build a collective voice to influence health and care systems.

Sessions will be facilitated by GPs working in care homes and will explore key topics such as working with LAS, end-of-life care, system interfaces, and information sharing across providers.

The upcoming session is scheduled for 10^th February,  1:00–2:30 PM, on MS Teams

It will focus on improving collaboration between care homes and the London Ambulance Service (LAS).
