Primary Care Quality Alerts process goes live in Newham and Havering 13 October 2025
The new Primary Care Quality Alert process is about to launch in Newham and Havering on Monday, 13 October 2025.
The new Quality Alerts form will be released and available on Friday, 10 October 2025 in Newham and Havering. Following this, the gradual new process implementation will be complete across NEL.
All Practice systems – EMIS and SystmOne – in Newham and Havering will have a new quality alert form to enable General Practice teams to raise a quality alert: directly with local Trusts and via the ICB for any other provider. The new form will auto-populate basic information such as practice email and the patient’s NHS number.
Please can Newham and Havering practices archive or delete any old forms if saved in your favourites.
