Calling London GPs working with Care Homes! 📢

London’s first dedicated GP Care Home Learning Network is being launched by the Health Innovation Network South London’s Community and Care Home team, in collaboration with the London Ambulance Service. 

We’re seeking a small group of enthusiastic GPs to serve as facilitators and convenors for this new network. 

This network will offer you: 

–      Training and mentorship from experienced facilitators.

–      Opportunities to influence care at local, regional, and national levels.

–      An honorarium to recognise your time.
