As you will recall NHS England recently issued their response to the Leng review which we circulated on 18 July, see Independent Review of Physician Associates and Anaesthesia Associates (the Leng review) – North East London.

We are now circulated a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provided by NHS England. This should be used to support changes in your practice and teams.

We recognise that NHS England’s response may cause concern and present challenges for staff, employers and team colleagues. We welcome feedback from all on the challenges this presents. This can be provided via the usual escalation routes, Primary Care Development Leads, Community of Practices and Practice Learning Events. Any feedback will be collated and shared with NHS England were appropriate.
