The Personalised Care Awards London 2025 will soon be open for nominations.

These awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of individuals, teams, and organisations who are making a difference through personalised care across London.

Who can nominate?
Nominations are open to anyone who wants to recognise and celebrate great work in personalised care, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector organisations
• Local Authority teams and officers
• Greater London Authority staff and partners
• Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
• Carers 
• Nurses, allied health professionals, social workers, and other frontline staff
• Health and care leaders across primary, secondary, and community settings
•  
  Whether it’s a dedicated individual, a pioneering project, or an inspiring team, we encourage you to put them forward for recognition.
