As part of the sign-up process outlined in section 4 of the documents, practices must indicate their willingness to participate in the ES by 20 August 2025. Using the link below, please can practices complete the MS form to confirm and to also update their Practice Imms Leads details.
The CQRS Service Offers will able be available shortly and the London Imms Team will offer out the services only to those practices who have confirmed that they will be providing the service to their patients.
Please read all documents fully and please be reminded that there is a three-month deadline to either raise an amendment claim or submit the monthly claim in CQRS. No payment will be due for any vaccinations given outside of the correct cohort start dates.
