NEL Population health profiles (PCN series) now live

New Primary Care Network (PCN) profiles are available on the NEL reporting and analytics portfolio – that’s 48 reports packed with useful insights into the health, demographics, and healthcare use of each PCN’s registered population across NEL.

They’re a great way to get a clearer picture of the health needs in your area and see how things compare across the patch. For now, the focus is on PCNs, but we’re planning to roll out neighbourhood-level profiles in the near future – so watch this space.

These reports round off the suite of tools in the NEL Population Health Metrics Collection. You can catch up on what they cover and how to use them by watching our recent lunch and learn session.

The profiles are open access, and you’ll also find plenty of other dashboards and data tools in the portfolio – all produced by the Intelligence & Insights Team and our colleagues in the Data Management and System Development Team.
