Upcoming Londonwide Enterprise events – Fully funded operations manager apprenticeship training
Londonwide LMCs would like to introduce a unique opportunity to our practices in the form of a fully funded Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship. The 15-month generic management apprenticeship is provided by Cherith Simmons and accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Apprentices will attend 16 live online trainer led workshops as well as completing an end point assessment. It is suitable for aspiring, new and experienced practice managers who are looking to gain new skills and knowledge whilst gaining a recognised qualification.
Londonwide LMCs are partnering with Cherith Simmons, who are rated “Good” by Ofsted, in helping to make the apprenticeship more general practice focused by incorporating our practice finance taught day and granting apprentices access to our 11 online modules from our General Practice Management (GPM) Training Programme at no extra cost to the apprentice/practice.

You will still be able to access Londonwide LMCs’ full General Practice Management (GPM) Training Programme separately as this is a tailored general practice management course that takes place over the span of a year. The course is aimed at aspiring and new practice managers and provides a good foundation of the skills and knowledge needed to enable delegates to be able to undertake their role effectively. Londonwide LMC’s GPM course is unique in that it is written and delivered by experienced practice managers.
