Survey for Primary Care HCPs on NHS Pathways
NHS England is inviting Primary Care healthcare professionals to share their insights on NHS Pathways, the clinical decision support system used in all 111 and some 999 telephony services. NHS Pathways supports the remote assessment of callers through a series of questions and outcomes designed to guide appropriate care recommendations.
This survey aims to explore your understanding of NHS Pathways, identify any gaps in knowledge, and gather your thoughts on the timeframes recommended for patients to be seen by Primary Care.
The survey is anonymised and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Please follow this link to complete the survey.
They encourage you to forward this survey to other Primary Care colleagues, such as GPs, Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, and Pharmacists, who may have relevant experience or insights.
Your feedback will help strengthen mutual understanding and collaboration between NHS Pathways and Primary Care to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
