Ensuring your practice website has up to date information on the complaints process

As you may be aware, patients can submit complaints directly to GP practices or to the commissioners of the service. Since 01 July 2023, NHS England no longer manages Primary Care complaints. However, it appears that some practices are still listing NHS England as the commissioner under their complaints section.

Please take a moment to update your websites with the following updated contact information:
